Increases the rate at which crystals are extracted on specific asteroid, where this General is located. Each skill level increases the extraction rate by 10%.
Assembly Line Consumption
Decreases the amount of energy consumed by assembly lines on specific asteroid where this General is located. Each skill level decreases the amount of energy consumed by 5%.
