Increases the number of science points produces by a base. Each skill level increases the number of experience points by 500.
The Speed of All Missions Beyond Radar Radius
Increases the speed of all missions beyond the area of radar coverage, except for pirate raids. Each skill level increases the speed of missions by 5%.
Maximum Damage
Increases the maximum damage dealt by all types of ammunition, which are able to inflict damage. Each skill level increases the maximum damage by 15%.
Production of Spies
Increases the rate at which spies are produced on specific asteroid, where this Captain is currently located. Each skill level increases the spy production rate by 10%.
Pirate Baron
Each skill level increases the limit of pirate raids by 1.
