Assembly Line Consumption
Decreases the amount of energy consumed by assembly lines on specific asteroid where this General is located. Each skill level decreases the amount of energy consumed by 5%.
Preservation of Resources
Decreases the rate at which resources disintegrate on the asteroid, where the General that possesses this skill is currently located. Each skill level decreases the disintegration rate by 5%.
