Assembly Line Consumption
Decreases the amount of energy consumed by assembly lines on specific asteroid where this General is located. Each skill level decreases the amount of energy consumed by 5%.
Preservation of Resources
Decreases the rate at which resources disintegrate on the asteroid where this General is located. Each skill level decreases the disintegration rate by 5%.
