Explorer Production
Increases the rate at which explorers are produced at relevant factories on the asteroid, where this Captain is currently located. Each skill level increases the explorer production rate by 10%.
Maneuver Crystals
Decreases the amount of crystals required to move an asteroid, where this Captain is currently located. Each skill level decreases the amount of crystals by 5%.
Cloud Bonuses
Increases the chance of a successful exploration mission within the Cloud. Each skill level increases the chance by 5%.
Ship's Movement
Increases the distance of ship movement in battle. Each skill level increases the distance by 5%.
