The Navigator General specializes in exploring and maneuvering in the Oort Cloud in her leadership skills, and gets a premium ship for her third pilot skill.

Cool-Down Optimization
Decreases the cool-down period of all weapons of all sectors except for green sector. Each skill level decreases the cool-down period by 2%.
Explorer Production
Increases the rate at which explorers are produced at relevant factories on the asteroid, where this General is currently located. Each skill level increases the explorer production rate by 10%.
Maneuver Crystals
Decreases the amount of crystals required to move the asteroid. Each skill level decreases the amount of crystals by 5%.
Cloud Bonuses
Increases the player's chances to find objects within the Cloud. Each skill level increases their chances by 5%.
